Covid 19 Policy
Keeping you safe
We want you to feel confident to book with us so these are the steps we are taking to reassure you at this time.
Due to the pandemic we want to make it easier for you to cancel should you need to do so due to Covid-19, therefore we are currently offering a full refund or the option to change your dates if due to Covid 19 you are unable to travel because of government restrictions or because you have Covid 19 symptoms (This only applies to customers who have booked directly through this website). We ask you please not to visit us if you suspect you have any symptoms of the virus.
If we have to close temporarily because of Covid 19 we reserve the right to cancel your booking, even at short notice, for example should one of us at home succumb to the virus or if the government mandates us to close. This is in order to protect you. In those circumstances we will offer a full refund or the option to change your dates.
We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our cottages and now will also be following government guidelines for cleaning between each stay to ensure that we have taken all possible steps to protect you. Every surface including kitchen and bathroom surfaces, light switches, door knobs, hand rails, skirtings etc will be thoroughly cleaned with soap and water to remove any residual dirt and then sanitised. Cleaners will wear gloves, masks and aprons which will be changed between cleans.
Cleaning products and hand wash / soap will be provided for your use whilst staying in the cottage.
Bed linen, towels and dressing gowns are sent to a local commercial laundry where everything is washed at a high temperature, dried and ironed according to strict hygiene protocols to ensure it is safe to use.
All our cottages have key safes to adhere to social distancing guidelines, and although we cannot welcome you personally we are always contactable if you have any questions.
